Reinforced concrete structures:
The structural basis of the building is made of monolithic and precast reinforced concrete, which ensures high strength and resistance to loads. These structures are designed for long-term operation and meet all requirements for earthquake resistance and stability.
Fabrication and installation of metal structures:
Metal structures were used on site to create the load-bearing elements of the building. The metal structures were manufactured in accordance with the design documentation and passed quality control at all stages of production. The installation was carried out using modern welding and bolted joints methods to ensure durability and reliability of the structure.
Concrete flooring:
The floors are made of high-strength concrete, which provides high wear resistance and high resistance to loads. Special additives are used to increase the strength and durability of the coating. Concrete floors are designed for high traffic and intensive use.
Installation of sandwich panels:
Sandwich panels with a high level of heat and sound insulation are used for wall cladding. These panels provide effective protection of the building from external factors such as temperature fluctuations and atmospheric precipitation, as well as significantly reduce heating and air conditioning costs.
PVC membrane roofing:
The roofing was made using 1.5 mm thick PROTAN PVC membrane, which guarantees durability, high waterproofing and resistance to UV radiation. In addition, 200 mm thick mineral wool insulation with a density of 140 kg/m³ was used, which ensures excellent thermal insulation properties of the roof and prevents condensation. The use of profiled sheet H60x845x0,55 mm allows to ensure reliability and lightness of the structure.
