Our company was hired to design and construct two pesticide storage warehouses and an administrative building. To fulfil this task, we carried out a detailed study of safety and environmental standards for specialised chemical storage.

Earthworks:
We carried out earthworks and excavation for the future buildings.
Foundations and retaining walls:
Reinforced concrete foundations and retaining walls were erected to provide a solid base for the warehouses.
Metal Structures:
One of the key phases was the installation of metal structures including trusses, ties and purlins. In total, more than 100 tonnes of metal was used in the construction.
Wall cladding:
The walls of the logistics centre were clad with sandwich panels, which provide thermal insulation and protection against external influences.
Industrial floors:
We laid concrete industrial floors designed for heavy loads.
Landscaping:
To facilitate the loading and unloading of goods, landscaping was carried out, including the construction of pedestrian paths and playgrounds.
Result:
The New Holland PARK Vadalex logistics centre is a successful project that meets all safety and functionality requirements.
