LOCAL is a Moldovan retail chain of stores specializing in the sale of essential goods, including food, household chemicals, household and everyday products. In 2023, LOCAL approached us to design and build a new store in Cimislia, Republic of Moldova. This 662.78-square-meter store was an important unit in expanding LOCAL’s network and ensuring the availability of goods for the residents of Cimislia.

Scope of work:
Our work resulted in a modern LOCAL shop with an area of 662.78 m², which meets all modern standards of quality and functionality. We carried out the design, earthworks as well as the construction of the foundations and the erection of the metal structures. During the construction process, 100 mm thick sandwich panels were used to ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
Finishing and landscaping:
The building was clad with Etalbond cassettes and equipped with stained glass windows, doors and gates to provide comfortable access for customers. We also carried out landscaping works to create a comfortable and attractive shopping space. The result of our project is a reliable and functional shop that will significantly improve access to necessary goods and services for the residents of Cimislia.
